Role Purpose
Partner with plant leadership to drive HR initiatives, ensure statutory compliance, strengthen industrial relations, and build a high-performing, inclusive workplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with plant leadership on manpower planning and workforce productivity.
- Ensure compliance with the Factory Act, Labour Laws, Labour Codes, and statutory requirements.
- Manage Industrial Relations, contract labour, statutory audits, and union interactions (where applicable).
- Handle recruitment, onboarding, and diversity hiring for plant roles.
- Drive employee engagement, grievance handling, disciplinary processes, and retention initiatives.
- Support performance management (PMS), learning & development, and leadership capability building.
- Oversee HR operations, attendance, payroll inputs, HRMIS, contractor compliance, and HR analytics.
Eligibility
- MBA/PGDM (HR), MSW, or PMIR.
- 4–7 years of Plant HR experience in Manufacturing. Preferred Industries FMCG, Steel, Auto Ancillary, Industrial Automation, Agri Inputs, Chemicals, Beverages, Pharma, or other manufacturing industries.
- Strong knowledge of Factory Act, Labour Laws, Labour Codes, and statutory compliance.
- Experience in Industrial Relations and contract labour management is essential.
- Union handling experience will be an added advantage.
- CTC Upto : ₹12 LPA
