We are hiring for a leading Indian MNC poultry feed manufacturing company for an experienced State Head/ Sales Manger/Assistant Manager – Sales to drive Layer Feed business across Haryana.
Key Requirements
- Experience: 10–20 years in Poultry Feed Sales – Layer & Broiler.
- Team Handling: Must have experience managing 6–8 sales team members.
- Strong knowledge of Haryana Poultry Market, especially Layer segment.
- Excellent contacts with Layer Feed Distributors, Dealers & Large Layer Farmers.
- Strong experience in sales, business development, distributor management and team leadership.
- Technical poultry knowledge is a must, including:
- Poultry diseases, symptoms, prevention & field-level troubleshooting
- Bird post-mortem / necropsy and identification of common lesions
- FCR, CFCR, feed intake, mortality, livability and flock performance
- Layer/Broiler production & performance parameters
- Basic knowledge of poultry nutrition, feed quality and feed ingredients
- Ability to connect feed quality, bird health, FCR/CFCR and farm profitability.
- Candidates with Techno-Commercial experience will have an added advantage.
Qualification
- Any Graduate; MBA (Marketing) will be an added advantage.
- B.V.Sc. & A.H. / M.V.Sc. candidates with strong sales/commercial exposure will be highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve sales and business targets for Layer Feed in Haryana.
- Lead and develop a team of 6–8 sales professionals.
- Manage distributors, dealers and large layer farmers.
- Develop new markets and strengthen existing customer relationships.
- Monitor competition, market trends, collections and secondary sales.
- Conduct farmer/dealer meetings and provide technical-commercial support.
- Coordinate with technical, supply chain and other internal teams.
Salary & Benefits
- CTC: Upto 18.00 LPA depending on experience and current compensation.
- Performance-based incentives as per company policy.
- Other benefits will be provided as per company norms.
Ideal Candidate: A strong techno-commercial poultry professional with excellent Haryana market connectivity, proven team-handling ability, strong Layer Feed sales experience, and sound knowledge of poultry health, disease, necropsy, FCR/CFCR and farm performance.
