Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and treat diseases in Layer and Broiler birds with timely and effective medical intervention.
- Provide expert guidance on poultry farm management, including biosecurity, vaccination schedules, feeding practices, and overall flock health.
- Conduct technical and product training sessions for the Poultry Feed Sales team to improve field performance.
- Undertake regular field visits to poultry farms and feed dealers to offer on-ground technical support and build strong customer relationships.
- Monitor bird health, performance parameters, and productivity to ensure optimum results and customer satisfaction.
- Retain and grow the existing customer base through proactive engagement and effective problem-solving.
- Gather competitor feed performance data and market intelligence to support business planning and product positioning.
🎓 Qualification: B.V.Sc. & AH (Bachelor of Veterinary Science & Animal Husbandry)
🔬 Experience: 3–5 years in poultry disease diagnosis & treatment (Layer & Broiler)
🎯 Age Limit: Up to 40 years
💰 CTC: Up to ₹12.00 LPA
