🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Develop and expand the market and distribution network for Animal/Cattle Feed in the assigned territory.
✅ Appoint, manage, and support distributors and channel partners.
✅ Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve business targets.
✅ Drive sales growth, market expansion, and enhance brand presence.
✅ Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
✅ Implement company sales and marketing strategies effectively at the field level.
✅ Gather market insights and monitor competitor activities.
✅ Plan and execute promotional activities to strengthen brand value.
👤 Candidate Profile:
🎓 Qualification: MBA (Marketing/Agri Business) or Any Graduate
💼 Experience: 4–8 years in Sales & Marketing (Animal Feed, Agriculture, Veterinary Pharma, Dairy, Feed Additives, Feed Supplements, Fertilizer, Pesticides)
👥 Managerial Experience: Minimum 2 years in a team lead/managerial role
💰 Salary: ₹5.00 LPA (Negotiable as per current/last drawn salary) + ₹2.50 LPA (Variable)
📘 Knowledge: Basic understanding of Animal Feed / Cattle Feed / Pashu Aahar products.
