Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales & marketing of Cattle/Animal Feed
• Achieve monthly and annual targets
• Conduct farmer meetings, dealer engagement & promotional activities
• Strengthen dealer/retailer network & expand distribution
• Manage daily sales operations: orders, delivery & collections
• Lead Sales Officers / Territory Executives
• Identify milk pockets/cattle clusters & track competition
• Ensure timely reporting, forecasting & compliance

Candidate Profile:

• MBA (Marketing/Agri-Business) or Graduate in Agriculture/Animal Husbandry/Dairy/Veterinary/Business Management
• 10+ yrs experience in Cattle Feed Sales
• Minimum 3 yrs team-handling/managerial experience
• Strong rural market & livestock industry knowledge
• Excellent communication, negotiation & reporting skills
• Male candidates; open to relocation
• Age limit: Up to 45 years
