🧾 Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell Cattle Feed / Animal Feed products to distributors and large dairy farmers in the assigned territory.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Develop, appoint, and manage dealers and distributor networks to expand market reach.
- Organize and conduct farmer meetings, product demonstrations, and promotional activities.
- Maintain regular market visits and build strong relationships with farmers and channel partners.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide timely market feedback.
- Ensure timely payment collection from dealers and distributors.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
👩💼 Candidate Profile
- Female candidates only.
- Qualification: Any Graduate (Preference for Agriculture / Dairy / Animal Husbandry or related fields).
- Experience: 3–4 years in Animal Feed / Cattle Feed / Vet Pharma / Feed Additives / Feed Supplements / Fertilizer / Pesticide sales or other agri-input sales.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Hindi and familiarity with rural markets is essential.
