Job Description:
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Sr. Officer / Executive – EHS to oversee Environmental, Health & Safety functions and ensure statutory compliance at our plant in Khanna
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements related to Environment, Health & Safety (EHS).
- Advise plant management on EHS matters and regulatory updates.
- Maintain records of accidents, conduct root cause analysis, and track near-miss incidents.
- Form and coordinate EHS committee meetings as per statutory norms.
- Conduct regular plant safety inspections and audits.
- Monitor the process and operations of the WWTP (Waste Water Treatment Plant).
- Ensure timely analysis of treated effluent and air monitoring as per MPCB norms.
- Identify safety training needs and organize/conduct in-house or external training programs.
- Provide job safety instructions and ensure employees follow safe working practices.
- Conduct mock drills as per statutory and plant requirements.
Qualification & Skills:
- Diploma or B.Tech in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering.
- HSE Qualification (Post Diploma in Safety / RLI / NEBOSH).
- Strong knowledge of EHS laws, statutory compliance, and plant safety standards.
- Good communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
- Experience: 3–5 Years (Relevant Experience Required)
