We are hiring for a reputed and leading Cattle Feed Manufacturing Companies in Rajasthan.
📍 Job Locations: Udaipur, Bhilwara, Bikaner, Jodhpur, Sri Ganganagar, Barmer, Jaisalmer, Jaipur, Jalore, Sirohi, Pali, Sikar & Nagaur
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and expand the market for Cattle Feed (Pashu Aahar) products within the assigned territory.
- Build, appoint, and manage a strong network of distributors, dealers, retailers, and large dairy farmers to drive business growth.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets while ensuring sustainable market development.
- Identify and onboard new channel partners and strengthen relationships with existing distributors and dealers.
- Conduct regular field visits to dairy farmers, retailers, and distributors to generate demand and increase product penetration.
- Organize farmer meetings, product demonstrations, and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and product awareness.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer feedback, and implement effective sales and promotional strategies.
- Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments and maintain healthy receivables across the assigned territory.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, along with market intelligence and business updates, to management.
Eligibility
🎓 MBA (Marketing/Agri Business) or B.Sc. Agriculture preferred.
Experience
💼 2–10 years of experience in Cattle Feed / Animal Feed / Pashu Aahar Sales & Marketing (Mandatory).
✅ Candidates must have experience in launching new products, developing new markets, appointing distributors/dealers, and driving product penetration within the assigned territory.
CTC 💰 Up to ₹ 6.00 LPA + TA + DA + Performance Incentives (Salary is not a constraint for deserving candidates.)
