🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Launch and develop the market for new cattle feed products through an effective distributor network.
• Appoint, train, and handhold distributors and field sales teams for successful product rollout.
• Drive monthly sales targets and volume growth across assigned territory.
• Build brand awareness for the new product and strengthen long-term farmer & dealer relationships.
• Execute market surveys, competitor benchmarking, and product launch promotions.
• Ensure effective implementation of launch strategies and support business expansion plans.
👤 Candidate Profile:
🎓 Qualification: MBA (Marketing/Agri Business) or Any Graduate
💼 Experience: 5–10 years in Sales & Marketing (Animal Feed/Cattle Feed)
👥 Managerial Experience: Minimum 2 years in a Team Lead/Managerial Role
💰 Salary Package: As per Industry-standard or negotiable for the suitbale candidate.
