🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Develop & expand market for cattle feed through distributor network.
• Appoint, train & guide distributors and field sales teams.
• Set and achieve monthly sales targets for team and territory.
• Strengthen brand visibility and customer relationships.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and promotional activities.
• Ensure implementation of company strategies and growth plans.
👤 Candidate Profile:
🎓 Qualification: MBA (Marketing/Agri Business) or Any Graduate and ⏱ Age: Up to 45 Years
💼 Experience: 5–10 years in Sales & Marketing (Animal Feed, Agriculture, Veterinary Pharma, Dairy, Feed Additives, Feed Supplements, Fertilizer, Pesticides)
👥 Managerial Experience: Minimum 2 years in a team lead/managerial role
💰 Salary: ₹6.00 LPA (Negotiable as per current/last drawn salary) + ₹3.50 LPA (Variable)
📘 Knowledge: Basic understanding of Animal Feed / Cattle Feed / Pashu Aahar products.
🚫 Not Eligible: Students, users of tobacco/pan masala, vloggers, unstable careers (<3 yrs)
