Key Responsibilities:
✔ Develop and expand the market for Cattle Feed (Pashu Aahar) products
✔ Build and manage distributor & dealer, retailers and large dairy farmers networks
✔ Create product awareness among farmers and customers.
✔ Achieve sales targets and increase market share.
✔ Recruit, train, and guide SE/SO/ST.
✔ Develop strong customer relationships and new business opportunities.
✔ Monitor competitor activities and execute promotional activities.
Requirements:
🎓 MBA (Marketing/Agri Business) & Any Gradaute or B.Sc. Agriculture Preferred
💼 5–10 Years’ experience in Cattle Feed/Animal Feed/ Pashu Aahar, Vet Pharma Sales Only.
👥 Minimum 2 years of team handling experience.
💰 Salary Upto: ₹6.00 LPA
