Key Responsibilities:
✔ Develop and expand the market for Cattle Feed (Pashu Aahar) products
✔ Build and manage distributor & dealer networks
✔ Create product awareness among farmers and customers
✔ Achieve sales targets and increase market share
✔ Recruit, train, and guide Sales Executives
✔ Develop strong customer relationships and new business opportunities
✔ Monitor competitor activities and execute promotional activities
Requirements:
🎓 MBA (Marketing/Agri Business) or B.Sc. Agriculture Preferred
💼 4–8 Years experience in Feed / Agri Inputs (Pesticides, Fertilizers) / Dairy / Vet Pharma Sales
👥 Minimum 2 Years of Team Handling Experience
💰 Salary: ₹5.00 LPA + ₹2.50 LPA Variable + TA ₹ 9.00/KM
