🧾 Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell cattle feed/animal feed products among dairy farmers.
- Appoint and manage distributors/dealers to expand market presence.
- Conduct farmer meetings, demos, and promotional activities.
- Achieve area-wise sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor competitor activities and maintain regular market visits.
👤 Candidate Profile
- Qualification: Any Graduate (Agri / Vet / Dairy / MBA Agri preferred)
- Experience: 0–2 years (Feed / Vet / FMCG / Agri preferred)
- Age: Up to 28 years | Gender: Male
- Location: Within 15 km radius of assigned area or willing to relocate (Local preferred)
- Other Requirements: Must have a valid driving license & two-wheeler, familiarity with native language Hindi and Local, good communication & relationship-building skills.
- Not Eligible: Candidates pursuing studies, or those consuming smoking, tobacco, or pan masala, or engaged in social media monetization/vlogging.
💰 Compensation & Benefits: ₹21,000/month (Fixed) + Incentives up to ₹12,500/month + TA ₹3.25/km
