Key Responsibilities:
- Drive business development across the assigned territory.
- Implement strategic sales plans to grow the customer base and strengthen market presence.
- Meet and engage with prospective customers in private and public dairy sectors.
- Travel 15–20 days per month for client visits, institutional dairies, and animal husbandry departments.
- Achieve sales targets through effective planning and management of sales activities.
- Work proactively with a self-driven approach suitable for a startup environment.
- Willingness for extensive travel.
Required Skills:
- Ability to build strong relationships with state animal husbandry departments, dairy industry stakeholders, veterinary professionals, agri-machinery dealers, and other channel partners.
- Minimum 2–3 years of sales experience in Dairy Development, Agricultural Machinery, or Veterinary Products.
- Experience in identifying and pursuing research/advocacy projects and tenders in the dairy sector.
- Good understanding of market trends and effective sales strategies.
