Founder
Mrs. Priti Sharma is the Founder of Infinito HR Solutions. With over 15 years of experience in Office Administration and HR Consulting, she has worked with several reputed organizations before establishing the firm in March 2019.
Holding an M.A. and B.Ed. from the Rajasthan Board, Mrs. Sharma blends strong academic grounding with practical management expertise. Her vision and leadership have been instrumental in shaping Infinito HR Solutions into a trusted and client-focused HR consultancy.
She currently oversees multiple key functions, including Business Administration, Recruitment Team Management, and Internal Hiring Operations, ensuring smooth execution and sustainable growth across the organization

Mr. Sandeep Sharma
Vice President (Operations & Business Development)
Mr. Sandeep Sharma joined Infinito HR Solutions in March 2019 as Vice President – Operations & Business Development. With over 20 years of diverse experience in HR leadership, business operations, and strategic development, he plays a pivotal role in driving the company’s growth and client success.
Throughout his career, he has been associated with leading organizations such as Maharashtra Feeds Pvt. Ltd., Advanced eHire Solutions Pvt. Ltd., Guardian Life Care Pvt. Ltd., Jerry Varghese International Ltd., and Nicholas Piramal India Ltd. His professional expertise spans Human Resource Management, Business Development, and Operational Excellence.
Mr. Sharma holds an MBA in Human Resources from Maharshi Dayanand University, Rohtak (Haryana), completed in 2009.
